Balanced Minds takes a strengths-based approach to therapy to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

What does strengths-based mean? Therapy focuses on client strengths, resources, values and hopes as opposed to weaknesses, risks, and regrets to facilitate a more balanced understanding of the human experience.

Balanced Minds helps adolescents, adults and their families with many types of difficulties and concerns. Balanced Minds fundamental approach is to help clients understand themselves better, and to help clients find their own path to solve their difficulties. Personal empowerment, autonomy and independence are paramount.
